I used the dollywood app for most of the day during our trip, and it was really helpful. The wait times loaded fine, and the map made it a lot easier to get around, especially with kids. A couple times it felt a little slow or didn’t update right away, but it wasn’t anything major. I really liked being able to check show times without having to dig through paper schedules. Overall, it’s a solid app and just needs to be a bit smoother

We got parked really quickly, and the tram ride over was super simple. The staff pointed us exactly where to go, so there was no confusion or stress getting in or leaving afterward. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Dollywood was okay, but I expected more from the rides. A lot of them felt similar, and if you’re not really there for the shows or food, the ride lineup didn’t feel that exciting. A couple rides were fun, but some felt rough and kind of old. One coaster shook so much that I ended up with a headache afterward. The lines made it even more frustrating because the rides didn’t always feel worth the wait. I also tried reaching out afterward with some feedback, but it turned into one of those annoying support loops where you get passed around, told to contact a different department, then basically end up back where you started. That definitely didn’t help the experience. Overall, it’s a nice park and I can see why people enjoy it, but for me the ride variety was weak and the follow-up support wasn’t great.

I accidentally picked the wrong date for my Dollywood tickets and was feeling stressed about it at the time. I reached out to customer service through dollywood.com, and they got back to me quickly. The person who helped me was really nice and didn’t make me feel bad about the mistake at all. They just helped move my tickets to the correct day, no drama. I really appreciated how simple the whole process was. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but it was fixed fast. 5 stars from me.

We had a good day overall, like i said, it was fun and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. But like i said, the ticket prices felt a little high for what was actually included.

Maybe I’m a bit extra about accessibility because I was trying to help a family member get around, but the place really didn’t feel wheelchair friendly enough. Some areas were harder to navigate than expected, and it made the visit more stressful than it should’ve been.

The theming was seriously so cozy and fun. I’m 100% convinced they nailed every little detail, because the whole vibe just felt perfectly put together

We wasted way too much time trying to get a stroller and figure out the lockers. The prices felt steep, and the locker area was a mess once it got crowded. What made it more frustrating was how carelessly everything seemed to be handled, like nobody was really paying attention to the lines or the confused families standing around. A staff member did help us eventually, but by then the kids were getting impatient and it had already turned into an annoying start to the day.

I had such a great time at the shows. They were all really fun to watch, and I’m grateful I got to experience them.

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a really good experience. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The shuttle to the park was a big plus and made the whole trip feel much easier. After long, busy days at the park, it was nice coming back to a place that felt relaxing and dependable. I’d definitely feel good booking here again.

I like dollywood and they do have some really cute merch, but shopping on the website tested my patience. A couple things said they were in stock, then suddenly disappeared when I got to checkout, which was super frustrating. Then the shipping ended up costing more than I expected, and my shirt took forever to show up. When it finally got here, the print looked a bit cheaper in person too. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but I’m probably not ordering online again...

A few signs were easy to miss too, so we ended up asking staff for directions a couple times. Everyone was helpful, and the park itself was a blast, but clearer signs would’ve made the day a lot smoother...
